EverAI is seeking a hands-on Senior Performance Marketing professional to own and scale paid acquisition across multiple channels. You will run fast testing loops, optimize CAC/ROAS, and partner with content and product teams to build high-converting landing pages.

You will manage budgets at scale, leverage GA4 and Voluum for decision making, and drive growth strategies in a fully remote environment across international markets.

Formación

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Proven track record managing multiple paid media channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
• Experience with analytics tools and measurement frameworks (CAC, LTV, ROAS)

Responsabilidades

• Campaign Ownership and Scaling for one or two paid channels
• Build scalable acquisition funnels from execution to iteration
• Run high-velocity testing loops (creatives, audiences, placements)
• Perform daily performance analysis using internal dashboards and GA4/Voluum
• Collaborate with content/product teams to launch high-converting landing pages
• Develop and optimize landing pages and funnel conversion
• Establish automation and SOPs to scale campaigns efficiently
