Light-it is looking for a Growth/Marketing professional to execute demand generation initiatives and support the team with data-driven decisions.

You will experiment with AI tools to improve research, creation, execution and optimization of marketing programs across channels.

The role involves analyzing marketing data, turning insights into improvements, and running growth experiments across SEO, outreach, content, landing pages and other channels.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in marketing, growth or a related role.
• Analyze marketing data and turn insights into actionable improvements.
• Execute and support demand generation initiatives defined with the Content & SEO Strategist and Marketing Manager.
• Experiment with AI and new tools to discover more efficient ways to research, create, execute and optimize marketing initiatives.

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Experimentation mindset: curious, proactive and comfortable trying, failing, learning and iterating.
• AI-native mindset: comfortable using tools like Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools to experiment, automate and improve workflows.
• Strong execution skills: able to take an idea and turn it into something tangible.
• Marketing fundamentals: understanding of acquisition, demand generation and digital marketing.
• 1+ year of experience in marketing, growth, performance or a related role.

Other valuable skills

• Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and Looker Studio.
• Basic understanding of SEO and organic growth.
• Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads or other paid media platforms.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and AI tools.
• Experience running outreach or demand generation experiments.
