Job summary

Niche is the leader in school search and is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Analyst in Argentina to own how we measure and improve marketing performance for both B2B and B2C domains. This senior IC role sits with the Marketing and Analytics teams, partnering across Growth, Lifecycle, and Product.

You will define metrics, build dashboards, and work with Marketo, Salesforce, and Snowflake/dbt to surface actionable insights and guide decisions across campaigns and spend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or data analytics.
• Experience owning marketing measurement end to end from tracking to reporting.
• Hands-on with web analytics and paid media platforms; attribution.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM data (Marketo, Salesforce).
• Proven ability to translate analytics into actionable insights.
• Senior proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Own B2B marketing and pipeline analytics from demand to closed business.
• Own B2C growth analytics: registration, acquisition, and conversion metrics.
• Develop leading-indicator reporting for pipeline health and growth.
• Define event tracking and data models with Product and Data Engineering.
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards and self-serve views.
• Partner with Marketing, Growth, Lifecycle, and Leadership to surface insights.
• Champion AI-assisted analytics and validate results with stakeholders.
