Job summary

Jampp is seeking an outstanding Growth Lead to steer the Growth team and own the region’s performance strategy, prioritizing accounts and opportunities while aligning business needs with Product priorities. You will mentor Growth Analysts, stay close to execution, and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to drive scalable growth through experiments, optimization, and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Advanced English and Spanish or Portuguese for collaboration across teams.
• Hands-on ownership of campaign strategy, optimization, and results.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools to investigate performance issues and guide decisions.
• Experience with performance advertising, AdTech, or growth, especially mobile/programmatic.
• Experience designing and evaluating experiments and translating results into scalable actions.

Responsibilities

• Own Growth’s regional performance strategy and priorities.
• Mentor Growth Analysts and develop team capabilities.
• Lead campaign optimization, experimentation, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor performance with SQL, BI tools, and campaign data to identify root causes.
• Bridge business needs with Product priorities and test-driven feedback.
• Provide feedback from regional advertisers to Product and prioritize opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to align on objectives and growth plans.
• Define and prioritize A/B experiments across audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies.
• Improve Growth processes, reporting, and automation.
