Jampp is a programmatic advertising platform helping mobile growth across 10+ countries. We are seeking a technically driven Senior Growth Analyst to join our Growth team. You will own performance strategies and experiments, turning data into actionable improvements.

Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Data Science, and other teams to optimize advertiser results. You will use SQL, Looker/Tableau, and AI tools to analyze data, design experiments, and translate goals into scalable growth

Formación

• 5+ years in performance advertising, AdTech, growth, data analytics.
• 3+ years managing and optimizing performance campaigns with CPA/ROAS.
• Strong analytics, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis.
• Experience with BI/Visualization tools (Looker/Tableau).
• Advanced English and strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategy, setup, and optimization of performance campaigns (CPA/ROAS).
• Translate advertiser goals with Customer Success into strategies.
• Develop deep understanding of Jampp products and ML-driven optimization models.
• Investigate performance issues across model behavior, supply, attribution, data, and campaigns.
• Design and run structured experiments with hypotheses and success metrics.
• Use SQL, BI tools, and AI tools to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product and Data Science on experimentation and best practices.
• Identify repetitive tasks to automate to improve team efficiency.
