Job summary

Félix is seeking an extremely analytical, hands-on Lead Data Analytics professional to steer our Growth analytics track. You will own analytics across Paid Media, CRM Lifecycle, Partnerships, and multi-product growth, guiding a small team to maximize new user acquisition, efficient CAC, and stronger LTV while maintaining unit economics.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Growth Analytics, or Analytics Engineering in high-growth B2C tech or fintechs.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to query large-scale databases.
• Deep knowledge of growth levers: paid media, CRM/lifecycle, referrals, MMM, or partner acquisition.
• Proven experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and incrementality studies.
• Proficiency in Python for modeling, data manipulation, and analysis.
• Experience leading data teams without losing hands-on technical edge.
• Ability to translate insights into concise strategic narratives for founders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics partner for Growth, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships.
• Own end-to-end analytics strategy across growth levers.
• Mentor Data Analyst and Data Scientist, elevating analytical rigor.
• Design and analyze experiments, holdout groups, and causal inference studies.
• Develop self-serve dashboards and real-time reporting for acquisition, retention, and LTV.
