CookUnity is seeking a Senior Growth Designer, Acquisition & Offers, to own the end-to-end user journey from landing pages through sign-up to checkout. In this remote Argentina role, you will collaborate with Growth Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, and Branding to craft high-converting experiences that accelerate acquisition and engagement.

The role emphasizes data-driven experimentation, A/B testing, and AI-enabled workflows to move fast while balancing friction.

Formación

• 4+ years in UX/UI design focused on growth or conversion
• Proven track record designing high-conversion journeys for subscription/e-commerce
• Hands-on with A/B testing, user testing, and analytics tools
• Proficient in Figma and AI-assisted design workflows

Responsabilidades

• Own first-impression experiences across landing pages, sign-up, and checkout
• Design for conversion with data-driven hypotheses and testing
• Analyze friction to maximize conversion and reduce churn
• Lead promotions experience across the funnel
• Collaborate with Data, Product, Engineering and Branding
• Leverage data and user insights to inform design decisions
