Responsibilities

• Interviews, hires, trains and develops partners; plans, assigns and directs work.
• Reviews historical data to forecast sales from ads and promotions; manages inventory.
• Maintains sales performance, financial results, and product quality.
• Inspects product quality and ensures food safety standards; rotates stock.
• Promotes product sales through displays and suggestive selling; maintains display racks.
• Ensures staff coverage, safety, and cash handling; supports customer service.
