Job summary

LS Solutions is seeking a store associate to support Non-Perishable Food and Merchandise Operations, including inventory, presentation, and customer service. The role involves safe environment practices and asset protection according to store procedures.

You will assist in receiving, stocking, displaying, and processing refunds, while supporting management with scheduling, ordering, and inventory control in a dynamic retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Receive, open, unpack, stock, rotate, and display merchandise, including building displays and managing returns.
• Open/close the store, handle refunds and overrides, manage cash register operations and deposits.
• Support store management with scheduling, ordering, and inventory control to keep stock at optimal levels.
• Implement plan-o-grams, manage markdowns, control damages, and maintain inventory records.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure store cleanliness for a secure environment.
• Deliver customer service excellence and ensure staff follow policies and procedures.
• Assist with paperwork and store workflows related to stocking standards and procedures.

• Support store management in scheduling, ordering, and inventory control, ensuring optimal stock levels and proper product presentation.
• Implement plan-o-grams, manage markdowns, control damages, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Lead safety initiatives, ensure store cleanliness, and promote a secure shopping and working environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure staff compliance with policies and procedures.
• Assist with paperwork, operate cash registers, and support store workflows related to stocking standards and procedures.
