Formación

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Two+ years of related experience in retail management preferred.
• Must hold Food Handler and Manager Food Safety certifications.
• Additional regulatory certifications may be required depending on location.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee department sales and profitability using approved business practices.
• Lead, hire, train, and develop department partners; schedule and manage performance.
• Maintain product levels, display standards, and safety compliance.
• Review inventory, pricing, and promotions; report to upper management.
• Deliver strong customer service and manage daily operations.
