Target is seeking an Executive Team Leader to foster a guest-obsessed culture, drive store sales, and lead a dynamic team. You will plan staffing, recruit and develop leaders, and ensure training completion with ongoing coaching across all levels of the store organization.

The role emphasizes accountability, performance management, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing daily store operations and change initiatives. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create a guest-obsessed culture that prioritizes the guest experience and delivers on store sales goals.
• Anticipate staffing needs, talent plan and recruit – both long and short term.
• Manage leaders to follow up on training completion, check for understanding, and provide continuous education opportunities.
• Engage in consistent and meaningful development conversations throughout the critical touch points with Team leaders.
• Personalize recognition and appreciation to reinforce critical guest service behaviors and promote a positive team and guest centric culture.
