Formación

• Five plus years of multi-store leadership with $75M+ sales.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and HR.
• Ability to develop associates at all levels.

• Lead a district of 10+ stores with $100M+ annual volume.
• Advise and mentor 30–60 exempt and 300+ non-exempt team members.
