Innovid in Buenos Aires is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for a fast-paced, international tech organization. You will source, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring diverse and inclusive practices.

You’ll partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs, leveraging data, AI tools, and a strong employer brand. Hybrid work in Buenos Aires with global collaboration and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Full-Cycle tech recruiting for international tech companies.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience with ATS and metrics to tell a story.
• High ownership & agility in a dynamic environment.
• Brand representation at career events and networking experience.
• Experience collaborating beyond sourcing on strategic People projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end hiring processes from kickoff to offer for multiple roles.
• Maintain high standards of quality, culture, DEI, and business fit.
• Develop ad-hoc solutions to reach hiring goals across teams.
• Deliver a world-class candidate experience from outreach to decision.
• Build and update relationships with Hiring Managers and provide progress updates.
• Collaborate with HRBPs to align hiring with business needs.

• Propose improvements to hiring practices and processes.
• Maintain recruitment records in the ATS and report talent metrics.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Buenos Aires team! The ideal candidate will take charge of all facets of the recruiting process and will have a genuine passion for building exceptional teams. If you have a track record of success in recruiting within the Technology Industry in Argentina and thriving in fast-paced, international companies, we want to hear from you! The Impact You’ll Make:

• Conduct end-to-end hiring processes from leading kick-offs to extending the offer to the best-in-market candidate for the role.
• Ensure we hire with high standards of quality, being mindful of our business, culture, technical needs, and our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
• Handle multiple and diverse roles proactively developing ad-hoc solutions to reach the hiring goals
• Drive a world-class candidate experience, making sure each touchpoint—from first outreach to final decision is transparent, engaging, and human.
• Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers to assess and understand their specific hiring needs and goals and provide them with regular progress updates
• Collaborate with relevant HRBPs to ensure hiring aligns with business and team needs
• Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives related to AI, Employer Branding, DEI, Metrics, Sources, Documentation, etc.
• Proactively propose improvements in hiring practices
• Maintain and update recruitment records on the ATS to keep clear information and report on relevant Talent metrics
• Utilize data to share hiring insights and market trends with Hiring Managers and drive process improvement
• Leverage modern talent technologies, AI sourcing tools, and automation to streamline the hiring workflow, reduce friction, and elevate the candidate experience.

What You’ll Bring to Us:

• 4+ years in Full-Cycle tech recruiting with a proven track record sourcing and hiring a diversity of roles within fast-paced international tech companies.
• High English proficiency (written and spoken) to comfortably collaborate with global stakeholders and candidates daily.
• Comfortable navigating ATS environments (SmartRecruiters experience is a massive bonus) and leveraging metrics to tell a story.
• High Ownership & Agility: You take initiative, thrive in ambiguity, and enjoy the challenges of a super dynamic environment.
• Experience representing the company brand at job fairs, university events, and tech community meetups—actively networking to build long-term talent pipelines. - would be a plus
• Track record of collaborating beyond day-to-day sourcing on strategic projects within People - would be a plus
