Whateverai is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers across Argentina, Brazil, Peru and Colombia in a remote, full-time capacity. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process, curate sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience while supporting employer branding and data-driven reporting.

The ideal candidate will coach managers on interviewing, identify best sourcing channels, and drive offers and onboarding with HRBP collaboration.

Formación

• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes.
• Strong communication and timely feedback with candidates.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers to understand needs.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and candidate experience.
• Develop sourcing plans across LATAM and relevant channels.
• Coach hiring managers on interview best practices and processes.
• Prepare offers and coordinate onboarding with HRBP.
• Create recruiting reports and analytics to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with HRBP for smooth onboarding.
