Indero, a CRO specializing in clinical trials and based in Montreal, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to partner with hiring managers to attract top talent and ensure a great candidate experience. You will lead full-cycle recruiting, develop sourcing strategies, and drive employer branding and analytics.

The role is remote-friendly within Canada with occasional Montreal visits. Join a collaborative team with a focus on innovation and reliability.

Formación

• Experience leading full-cycle recruitment
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers
• Strong communication and feedback delivery skills

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and design sourcing plans
• Manage posting on ATS and candidate movement
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategy and reports
• Support employer branding and promote open positions
• Source proactively using appropriate platforms and channels
• Lead recruiting projects and oversee offers and onboarding support
