Indero is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to partner with hiring managers, drive sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, coordinating postings, and maintaining ATS processes across our global operations.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in HR/related field and 3–5 years of in-house recruiting experience, with bilingual French-English abilities and proficiency in MS Office.

Formación

• University degree in HR, administration, psychology, or related field.
• 3-5 years' experience recruiting in-company.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking System and candidate sourcing.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop sourcing plans.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate job postings and movement of candidates in the ATS.
• Screen candidates for skill, fit, and culture; prepare shortlists.
