Indero is a CRO specializing in dermatology and rheumatology, seeking a Project Manager I to lead clinical research projects under supervision. The role focuses on initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing studies, ensuring budget, scope, and timelines align with SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate with Sponsor, vendors, and internal teams, manage site activation, and support risk mitigation and change control while developing project management expertise

Formación

• B.Sc. in a related field of study to clinical research.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing clinical studies in pharma/biotech/CRO.
• Experience coordinating clinical trial management activities (2+ years).
• Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH; FDA/Canadian regulations.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for Sponsor, vendors and internal team throughout the study.
• Coordinate tasks and deadlines between departments involved in the project.
• Oversee resources to prioritize site activation activities among team members.
• Engage with vendor management to align supplies and services with site timelines.
• Provide project status updates to external and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with quality reviews, audits of TMF, and risk management workflows.
• Support site selection, recruitment monitoring, and Investigator’s Meetings.
