Indero, a CRO specialized in dermatology and Rheumatology, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support site activation activities and related deliverables across all trial phases. You will work with Project Managers, CRA teams, and site staff to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration, organization, and precision, with home-based work options and ongoing learning opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to clinical research or equivalent experience.
• Specialized graduate diploma in drug development is an asset.
• Experience in clinical research within biotech/pharma/CRO is an asset.
• Excellent oral and written skills in English; French an asset.
• Strong knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prioritize assignments and work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and meeting timelines.
• Quick learner with adaptability and versatility.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare Investigator Sites to conduct clinical trials via review and approval of essential documents.
• Establish site activation timelines with selected sites and coordinate activities.
• Communicate with clinical sites during site start-up.
• Collaborate with functional departments to align activities for site activation targets.
• Escalate risks to the Project Manager for site activation schedule.
• Communicate with study teams and external site staff to align tasks with study timelines.
• Collect and file essential documents and ensure quality for first-pass activation review.
