Job summary

Assurant is seeking a Senior Manager, International Supply Chain to lead and scale our global supply chain. You will partner with regional operations and leadership to streamline 3PL networks, drive cost efficiency, and implement new business initiatives across multiple regions.

The role requires deep industry knowledge in wireless/electronics, strong vendor management, and a data‑driven approach to performance metrics such as OTIF and total cost to serve.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including wireless/electronics sector.
• Experience managing 3PL and repair/service networks with SLAs and KPIs.
• Experience with complex contract negotiations and strategic sourcing.
• Knowledge of ERP, WMS, and TMS; SAP or Oracle experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3PL and contract management across partners; establish SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding of new 3PLs, repair providers, and operations with integrations.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities across transportation, warehousing, and contracts.
• Monitor OTIF, cycle time, inventory accuracy, and other KPIs; conduct root-cause analysis.
• Promote standardization of best practices across regions.
