Assurant, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, International Supply Chain to lead and optimize cross-regional supply networks. You will drive 3PL and repair-provider governance, partner with regional operations, and implement end-to-end onboarding and technology integrations across WMS/TMS.

The role emphasizes cost optimization, performance management, and standardized regional practices, with a focus on the wireless/electronics sector. Strong negotiation and analytics are essential for success.

Formación

10+ years of progressive supply chain, logistics, or related experience, with focus on international markets.
Experience managing 3PL and repair/service networks with SLAs, KPIs, and escalations.
Strong contract negotiations, RFPs, strategic sourcing, and governance experience.
Knowledge of ERP, WMS, TMS platforms; SAP or Oracle experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

Lead third-party partner and contract governance across 3PLs, warehousing, and repair networks; set and monitor SLAs and KPIs.
Drive end-to-end onboarding of new 3PLs, repair providers, distribution centers, and tech integrations (WMS/TMS).
Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities across transport, warehousing, and contracts; support audits and cost-to-serve analyses.
Monitor OTIF, cycle times, inventory accuracy, and repair performance; perform root-cause analysis to close gaps.
Promote standardization of best practices across regions and collaborate with regional teams.
