WN Talents is seeking a Head of Partnership to lead the growth of performance partnership channels. This role involves building affiliate and Introducing Broker ecosystems by defining strategy and driving profitable growth relationships.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in Forex/CFD/Fintech, strong leadership qualities, and is proficient in Spanish. Candidates should expect frequent travel and in-person meetings with key partners.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Forex/CFD/Fintech or related industries.
• Experience operating on a global level across LatAm, Asia, Europe, MENA.
• Knowledge of the trader lifecycle and the partner's influence on retention.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a global strategy to grow the IB and affiliate programs.
• Attract and onboard key partners across international markets.
• Monitor and analyze effectiveness of partnership channels.

Conocimientos

5+ years of experience in Forex/CFD/Fintech

Proven track record in scaling affiliate and/or IB programs

Strong understanding of CPA/RevShare models

Skills in building partner analytics systems

Excellent negotiation skills

Leadership qualities

Spanish language proficiency
