Google is seeking a Senior leadership contributor in Partnerships Operations to oversee Google Cloud partner fund programs (DAF, PSF, RaMP, GET). You will ensure compliance, ROI, and scalable global processes across regions, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive value.

You will guide policy evolution, work with regional partners, and support readiness for program initiatives with leadership alignment and regulatory governance in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a professional services capacity or related.
• 5 years of experience within the technology sector.
• 1 year of experience with partner funding programs.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to development of a scalable, global review framework for policy compliance and financial oversight.
• Serve as initial contact for regional investment requests, ensuring compliance and value delivery.
• Provide programs oversight against misappropriation of funds, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support evolution of program policies and long-term strategic direction with regional feedback.
• Drive readiness for key strategic programs to regional partner and partner-facing roles, with global content feedback.
