Google LLC is seeking a Global Partner Incentives Manager for Google Cloud to lead the execution and compliance of partner fund programs globally. You will manage critical funds like DAF, PSF, RaMP, and GET, ensuring ROI and strict governance while scaling the partner ecosystem.

Your role combines execution with policy influence, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive strategic evolution and high-value fund deployment across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in a professional services capacity or related.
• 5 years of experience within the technology sector.
• 1 year of experience with partner funding programs.
• Advanced degree in a relevant technical field.
• Expertise in authoring and negotiating complex professional services Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Experience with contract negotiations.
• Experience interpreting and influencing global program policies, with an ability to drive strategic evolution and policy enhancements.
• Comprehensive subject matter expertise in Google partner funding frameworks, specifically DAF, GET, PSF, and RaMP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee scalable global review framework for policy compliance and financial oversight across regions.
• Serve as the initial contact for regional investment requests, ensuring terms and compliance.
• Provide oversight to prevent misappropriation of funds and mitigate regional risk.
• Support evolution of program policies and strategic direction with senior leadership feedback.
• Drive readiness for key strategic programs with regional partner-facing teams.
