Job summary

Welocalize, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end localization programs for large enterprise accounts from Argentina.

You will partner with the Operations Squad Lead to optimize delivery, quality, and profitability while maintaining strong client relationships. Ideal candidates will have a Master's or relevant Bachelor's, proven success in localization program management, and hands-on experience with CAT and TMS tools.

Qualifications

Master's degree, or Bachelor's with relevant industry experience.
Proven track record in Localization Project Management.
Experience working internationally or with global product development teams.
Experience in a technology-driven company or environment.
Demonstrated success managing large enterprise clients.
Experience leading large-scale accounts and complex projects.
Experience creating client-facing documentation (SOWs, proposals, process docs, post-project reviews).
Proven record of contributing to process improvements and new ideas.
Experience supporting new client sales cycles with presentations and recommendations.
Strong experience managing financial budgets and budget reporting.
Hands-on experience with CAT and TMS tools (Crowdin, Smartling, XTM, Phrase).

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise global teams, with direct and indirect reports.
Prepare, analyze, and implement project plans aligned with Welocalize standards.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules for timely delivery.
Prepare project estimates and proposals for client review and approval.
Conduct risk assessments and implement plans to minimize issues.
Oversee QA projects: resource allocation, defect management, reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet objectives.
Create and maintain process documentation as required.
Operate independently with moderate support and escalate scope issues.
Partner with production teams to improve delivery, efficiency, and profitability.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Develop trusted client relationships at the project level and drive satisfaction.
Ensure clear, timely communication with all stakeholders.
Maintain accuracy and timeliness of financial data in systems.
Prepare and deliver weekly status updates, budget analyses, and client/vendor issues.
Protect project profitability through margin management.
Plan and lead quarterly business reviews with clients.
