Job summary

Acclaro is seeking a Localization Project Manager to remotely coordinate end-to-end localization programs in Argentina. You will lead projects, manage timelines, budgets, and client expectations, and work with linguists, vendors, engineers, and QA teams to ensure on-time delivery and high quality.

You’ll collaborate with Senior Project Managers, Program Managers, and cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, mitigate risks, and drive client satisfaction while developing leadership skills for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional or military experience.
• 3+ years of localization project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with quality, schedule, budget and client satisfaction.
• Familiar with project-management platforms and localization technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end localization projects and workstreams to meet quality, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate activities across linguists, vendors, engineers, publishers and QA.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines and milestones with proactive updates.
• Allocate resources and address capacity or scheduling challenges.
• Act as primary operational contact for assigned projects with clear communication.
• Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and escalate when needed.
• Ensure localization workflows and quality controls are followed accurately.
• Monitor quality and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare project estimates, quotes, and budget inputs; monitor variances.
• Utilize translation management systems and AI-enabled processes to improve delivery.
• Support workflow changes and new services within projects and accounts.
• Manage routine escalations and document actions taken.
• Maintain accurate project data, reporting and forecasts.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality work.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Program Management, Sales, Solutions, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and delivery processes.
• Share best practices and contribute to team development.
