Job summary

tbo. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end localization programs for large enterprise clients worldwide.

You will plan, execute, monitor, and close projects, coordinating with account directors, production teams, and external vendors to maximize delivery performance and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a master’s or bachelor’s with relevant experience, proven ability to manage global teams, and strong skills in budgeting, risk management, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with relevant industry experience.
• Proven track record in Localization Project Management.
• Experience working internationally with global product teams.
• Experience in a technology-driven company or environment.
• Proven ability to lead large enterprise clients.
• Experience creating client-facing documentation (SOWs, proposals).
• Experience contributing to process improvements and new ideas.
• Experience supporting new client sales cycles and relationship development.
• Strong budgeting, reconciliations and budget reporting experience.
• Hands-on experience with CAT and TMS tools (Crowdin/Smartling/XTM/ Phrase).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise global teams with direct and indirect reports.
• Prepare, analyze, and implement project plans aligned to client standards.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules for timely delivery.
• Prepare project estimates and proposals for client review.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
• Oversee QA projects, resource allocation, and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project and client objectives.
• Maintain process documentation and project information accuracy.
• Escalate issues outside of scope in a timely manner.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery, efficiency, and profitability.
• Build strong client relationships and report on status and budget.
