Job summary

Welocalize, a Welo Global brand, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead global localization accounts end-to-end, from planning to delivery, with cross-functional teams.

You will partner with the Operations squad to support large enterprise accounts, build strong client relationships, and drive delivery performance, quality, and profitability in a fast-paced environment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with relevant industry experience.
• Proven track record in Localization Project Management.
• Experience working internationally or with global product development teams.
• Experience in a technology-driven environment.
• Demonstrated success managing large enterprise clients.
• Ability to lead and deliver large-scale accounts and complex projects.
• Experience creating client-facing documentation (SOWs, proposals, process docs).
• Experience contributing to process improvements and new ideas.
• Experience supporting new client sales cycles and relationships.
• Strong experience managing financial budgets and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with CAT and TMS tools (Crowdin, Smartling, XTM, Phrase).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise global teams with direct and indirect reports.
• Prepare, analyze, and implement project plans aligned with Welocalize standards.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules for timely delivery.
• Prepare project estimates and proposals for client review and approval.
• Conduct risk assessments and plan to minimize issues and protect profitability.
• Oversee QA projects, including resource allocation and defect management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Create and maintain process documentation as required.
• Communicate effectively with clients and production teams.
• Maintain accurate financial data and deliver weekly status reports.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with clients in face-to-face settings.
