Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a seasoned Lifecycle Safety program manager to lead delivery excellence for major regional and global projects. You will oversee customer-facing activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless program delivery aligned by accounts.

Responsibilities include start-up, scope and budget management, risk mitigation, and governance across lifecycle safety functions. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or related field.
• 4–6 years of clinical research experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical company.
• 4 years in Lifecycle Safety and 2 years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH, IQVIA SOPs.
• Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage start-up of new projects and identify risks.
• Lead customer interface and communicate for assigned projects.
• Represent Lifecycle Safety on projects and be primary contact for customers.
• Liaise between customers and Lifecycle Safety teams.
• Oversee project planning, timelines, scope, quality and finances.
• Develop and defend proposed solutions, pricing strategies and budgets.
• Drive customer loyalty through relationships and service excellence.
• Coordinate Lifecycle Safety virtual project teams and governance.
