Job summary

Workana Llc seeks an experienced Lifecycle Safety leader to manage strategic safety projects across regional and global accounts. You will oversee start‑up, client interfaces, governance, and cross‑functional delivery, ensuring a seamless and high‑quality program for customers.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in clinical research and 4 years in Lifecycle Safety, with strong PM, leadership and communication skills. PMP or equivalent is preferred; global collaboration and travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or a related field.
• 4–6 years of clinical research experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical company.
• 4 years in Lifecycle Safety (Pharmacovigilance, CEVA, Medical Information, Safety Publishing, Risk Management, etc.).
• 2 years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of global, regional, and local clinical research regulations (GCP, ICH, IQVIA SOPs).
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage start‑up of new projects using SOPs and best practices, including risk identification.
• Manage customer interface and communication for assigned projects/programs.
• Represent Lifecycle Safety on projects/programs and serve as primary contact for customers.
• Liaise between customers and Lifecycle Safety teams.
• Oversee project planning, timelines, deliverables, scope, quality and budget.
