Job summary

Marketcapn is seeking a Lifecycle Safety program leader to manage a portfolio of regional and global projects, ensuring exemplary service delivery and cross-functional collaboration. You will act as the primary customer contact, represent Safety on programs, and drive strategic initiatives to standardize processes across accounts.

The role requires 4–6 years in clinical research within CRO/pharma, with strong project management skills and PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field.
• 4-6 years of clinical research experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical company, including Lifecycle Safety.
• 2 years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of global, regional, and local clinical research regulations (GCP, ICH, IQVIA SOPs).
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead start-up and delivery of Lifecycle Safety projects across regional and global scopes, ensuring seamless execution.
• Represent Lifecycle Safety on projects and serve as primary customer contact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver strategic initiatives and maintain global consistency in materials and meetings.
• Oversee project planning, timelines, budgets, and change orders while monitoring financial metrics.
• Drive customer loyalty through strong relationships and effective communication.
