Qualifications

• Must have strong understanding of clinical trial conduct and ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Minimum 5+ years of clinical research, monitoring or operations experience in CRO/pharma/biotech.
• Ability to lead delivery activities including recruitment, site management and quality oversight.
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a global environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical delivery of regional and global studies, ensuring quality, timeliness, recruitment and operational objectives.
• Drive patient recruitment strategies and site engagement to meet enrolment targets.
• Partner with Project Leaders and cross-functional teams to achieve milestones and resolve issues.
• Provide leadership to clinical teams, supporting resource planning and training.
• Manage clinical risks and oversee quality standards with proactive mitigation.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for effective communication and alignment.
• Support financial oversight including forecasting and budget management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Support proposal development and clinical delivery planning for new opportunities.
