Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Lead for Global Study Leadership to drive clinical delivery across regional and global studies. You will ensure recruitment, site performance, quality and regulatory compliance while guiding cross-functional teams and project leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in clinical research, monitoring, or operations (CRO/pharma/biotech).
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical delivery of regional and global studies, meeting quality, timeline, recruitment and operational objectives.
• Drive patient recruitment and site engagement strategies to achieve enrolment targets.
• Collaborate with Project Leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure milestones and issue resolution.
• Provide leadership and guidance to clinical teams, including resource planning and training.
• Manage clinical risks, oversee quality standards and mitigation throughout the study lifecycle.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and support financial oversight and scope changes where applicable.
