Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Medical or Life Science; PhD preferred.
• Minimum 12 years in clinical trial design, planning, startup, conduct, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of ICH, GCP, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel within the region/country.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality management initiatives across study teams.
• Develop and implement risk-based quality plans.
• Provide advisory support on GCP and regulatory matters.
• Coordinate with QA and business lines during audits.
• Prepare periodic quality reports.
• Manage staff according to policies.
