Job summary

IQVIA Inc seeks a seasoned Lifecycle Safety Program Manager to oversee complex regional and global projects. You will ensure service delivery excellence across multiple Lifecycle Safety functions, liaising with clients and cross-functional teams to maintain global consistency in communications and outputs.

You will lead scoping, proposals, budgeting, governance, and SME activities, driving strategic initiatives and sustained client partnerships in a dynamic, matrix organizat ion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or a related field.
• 4-6 years of clinical research experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical company.
• 4 years in Lifecycle Safety (Pharmacovigilance, CEVA, Medical Information, Safety Publishing, Risk Management, etc.).
• 2 years of project management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage start-up of new projects using SOPs and best practices, identifying risks and mitigation.
• Oversee customer interface and communication for assigned projects/programs.
• Represent Lifecycle Safety on projects and act as primary contact for customers.
• Coordinate between customers and Lifecycle Safety teams.
• Lead project planning, timelines, deliverables, scope, quality, and financials.
• Provide day-to-day customer-facing leadership at the project level.
• Collaborate with Sales and proposal teams to support opportunities and customer needs.
• Drive customer loyalty through strong relationships and service excellence.
