Aleph is seeking an Associate Analyst, HRBP to support our LATAM HR operations across 18+ countries and 18+ business units. You will help ensure smooth people processes, provide insights, and support key HR activities in a fast-paced, global environment.

You will collaborate with Regional HRBP, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and People Service Delivery to turn people priorities into action, while contributing to a seamless employee experience aligned with global guidelines.

Formación

• Degree in HR, Labour Relations, Organizational Psychology or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience in dynamic environments.
• Exposure to multi-country HR operations is valued but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Own data integrity in Workday org structures, positions and reporting lines.
• Prepare HR reports on headcount, open positions, and engagement metrics.
• Support Regional HRBP with data for leadership presentations.
• Assist in engagement plan execution and logistics.
• Handle complex HR queries related to employee relations and policies.
• Collaborate with PSD on HR topics like time off requests and Workday issues.
