Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes from policy to adoption. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and legal teams to optimize processes and ensure compliance across LATAM and global regions.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Experience working in global or matrixed environments.
• Proven ability to design, implement, govern and improve HR processes.

Responsabilidades

• Translate global process design into scalable process standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes (e.g., Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment).
• Manage project plans, governance, risk tracking, and escalations at scale.
• Establish process governance with intake, approval paths, version control, audits, KPI reporting.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and Data teams to enable design, automation, reporting, data quality.
• Create and maintain Standard Work, training materials, job aids, and process maps.
• Drive continuous improvement from VOC, performance data, and automation opportunities.
• Lead vendor-management activities and ensure value alignment.
• Develop change-management plans to support launches and adoption.
