Job summary

Parexel is seeking a temporary HR Generalist for six months to support HR processes, onboarding and offboarding, and benefits administration. You will prepare HR documentation, reports, and guides while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

You will also assist with inquiries, policy interpretation, and broader HR projects under the guidance of the HR team, coordinating with Payroll, Benefits, and Shared Services as needed.
