Smartrecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Data Migration Lead to guide end-to-end data migration programs for a global automotive client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approaches, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

In this 100% remote, full-time role, work in UTC time and conduct interviews in English. You will report on migration status to senior stakeholders and ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the new ERP

Formación

• Proven experience leading data migration in large-scale programs.
• Strong knowledge of extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Familiarity with S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews conducted in English.

• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues
• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology : extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategiesExperience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced English - interviews and daily work conducted in English
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
