Job summary

Chevron Corp. is seeking a Data Migration Lead to manage end-to-end data migration initiatives for a global client. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, defining migration approaches and controls, and reporting progress to senior stakeholders.

The position is 100% remote with UTC working hours and English-language requirements for interviews and daily tasks. Experience with large-scale enterprise migrations and familiarity with S/4HANA or similar ERP transitions are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data migration programs in large enterprises.
• Strong data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategiesExperience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
