Job summary

Bcrecruitment is seeking a Data Migration Lead to join a global consulting engagement supporting a leading automotive manufacturer. You will plan and execute end-to-end data migration activities, coordinate cross-functional teams across workstreams, and define the migration approach and controls to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

The role is 100% remote, full-time, with UTC working hours (9:00–17:00).

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA ERP migrations (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM UTC).
