Job summary

Chevron Corp. is hiring a Data Migration Lead to drive a large-scale data migration initiative. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration strategy and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

You will work 100% remotely in UTC business hours, with interviews conducted in English. The role emphasizes end-to-end planning, governance, and collaboration with senior stakeholders across global teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading data migration in large enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration lifecycle: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs is a plus.
• Proficient English communication for interviews and daily work.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00–17:00).

Required Skills
