Connections Education Llc is seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to orchestrate end-to-end data migration initiatives for a global automotive client. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, defining migration approaches, and implementing controls to ensure a smooth transition to the target ERP system.

• Must have proven experience as Data Migration Lead in large-scale programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extract, transform, cleanse, validate, load.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or ERP migration projects preferred.
• English communication for interviews and daily work.
• Available to work in UTC timezone (9:00–17:00).

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth and reliable transition to the target system.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology : extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategiesExperience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced English - interviews and daily work conducted in English
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
