Job summary

Chevron Corp. is seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities for a major program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

Ideal candidates have strong data migration methodology knowledge, ERP migration experience (S/4HANA preferred), and are fluent in English to work with global stakeholders in a UTC timezone.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methods: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews and daily work in English.
