Connections Education Llc is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end data migration programs for a major enterprise project. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration methodologies and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target ERP system.

Fluency in English and availability in UTC working hours (9:00–17:00) are required. This 100% remote role offers full-time employment with global collaboration across international teams.

Competenze

• Experience leading data migration in large enterprise programs.
• Knowledge of extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading processes.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migrations is preferred.
• Proficient English (intermediate to advanced) for interviews and daily work.
• Available to work in UTC timezone (9:00–17:00).

Join the team supporting one of the world's largest automotive manufacturers, working within a global consulting firm to lead the planning and execution of a critical data migration program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth and reliable transition to the target system.

• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategiesExperience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced English - interviews and daily work conducted in English
