Job summary

IQVIA seeks an experienced Data Management professional to independently manage end-to-end delivery of DM services across single or multi-service projects. You will provide leadership to the CDM team, ensure quality and on-time delivery, and maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on meeting contractual obligations.

You will guide DTLs on global studies, oversee budgets and timelines, and mentor junior staff, while aligning DM processes with GCPs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 7 years direct Data Management experience, including 5+ years as a CDM project lead.
• Experience delivering multiple global trials through full DM life cycle (e.g., 1000+ patients).
• Advanced knowledge of DM processes, SAE reconciliation, and regulatory guidelines.
• Proven competence in complex customer negotiations and bid defense meetings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for data management deliverables.
• Lead and mentor DTL staff; manage multiple large global studies/programs.
• Provide project management with customers and internal teams for improvements.
• Lead negotiations on timelines, budget, resources with customers.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and open communications with stakeholders.
• Ensure milestones meet timelines and quality deliverables.
