IQVIA is seeking a Data Management Lead to independently manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for large, possibly global trials. You will guide CDM teams, ensure quality deliverables on time and within budget, and lead interactions with customers to meet contractual obligations.

The role requires extensive DM expertise, leadership across projects, and the ability to drive process improvements and compliance with GCP and regulatory guidelines.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in health, clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences, or related field.
• 7 years direct Data Management experience, including 5+ years as a CDM project lead.
• Experience delivering multiple global trials through full DM life cycle (e.g., large trials of at least 1000 patients).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary point of contact for customer on data management deliverables.
• Manage multiple large studies or program of studies (possibly global).
• Lead negotiations with customer on timelines, financials, and resources.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure contract obligations are met.
• Independently manage DM service delivery with comprehensive DM process and expertise.
