IQVIA Argentina seeks an experienced Data Management Leader to independently manage end-to-end delivery for single or multi-service projects. You will ensure quality deliverables on time and within budget, while maintaining strong relationships with customers and coordinating across global teams.

The role requires extensive CDM expertise, leadership in planning and execution, and proactive management of processes, budgets, and compliance with GCP and regulatory guidelines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in health, clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences, or related field.
• 7 years direct Data Management experience, including 5+ years as a CDM project lead.
• Experience delivering multiple global trials through full DM lifecycle (large trials).
• Expert data management skills and advanced knowledge of DM processes.
• Experience handling complex customer negotiations and bid defense meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for projects.
• Provide leadership in project planning, execution, and close-out; manage budgets and communications.
• Serve as primary client contact on data management deliverables and lead DM service delivery.
• Lead and mentor junior staff; develop and implement DM plans and improvements.
