IQVIA Argentina is seeking a senior Data Management lead to independently manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for global clinical studies. You will provide leadership to the CDM team, oversee project planning, execution and budgeting to ensure high-quality data deliverables on time.

You will mentor junior DTLs, negotiate timelines and resources with customers, maintain strong client relationships, and enforce GCP and regulatory guidelines across the DM lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in health, clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences.
• 7 years direct Data Management experience, including 5+ years as a CDM project lead.
• Experience delivering multiple global trials through full DM life cycle (>=1000 patients).
• Expert data management skills and advanced knowledge of the DM process (SAE reconciliation, vendor data, etc.).
• Experience with negotiations and bid defense meetings. Knowledge of Medical Terminology, Pharmacology, Anatomy, and/or Physiology.
• Knowledge of operating procedures and work instructions and the ability to apply them in practice.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Understanding of clinical drug development process and ability to relate with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary point of contact for data management deliverables.
• Lead and manage end-to-end DM service delivery for large studies.
• Provide leadership to DTLs on global studies.

• Maintain strong client relationships and coordinate with IQVIA management.
• Develop and implement proactive quality management plans across projects.
• Mentor junior DTL staff and coordinate team work.
