Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Clinical Data Team Lead to manage end-to-end data management delivery for global studies. You will act as the primary client contact for DM deliverables, lead a team of DTLs, and ensure quality, timelines, and budgets across complex projects.

You will mentor junior staff, support bid defenses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize DM processes and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in health, clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences, or related field.
7+ years direct Data Management experience, including 5+ years as a CDM project lead.
Experience delivering multiple global trials through full DM life cycle (large trials of 1000+ patients).
Demonstrated expert data management skills and advanced knowledge of the data management process.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary client contact for data management deliverables.
Manage multiple large studies or programs and provide leadership to DTLs.
Provide project management expertise with customer data managers and internal teams.
Lead negotiations with customers on timelines, financials, processes, resources.
Mentor junior staff and ensure timely completion of project activities.
Oversee DM service delivery with quality and compliance to contracts.
