IQVIA is seeking an experienced Data Management leader to independently manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for global trials. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, budget adherence, and high-quality DM products.

You will lead and mentor teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure GCP compliance and contract alignment. Ideal candidates bring extensive DM expertise, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of delivering large-scale studies across multiple regions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in health, clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences or related field.
• 7 years direct Data Management experience, including 5+ years as CDM project lead.
• Experience delivering multiple global trials through full DM lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for customer data management deliverables.
• Lead DM service delivery with strong process and technical DM expertise.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and scope; negotiate with customers.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior DTL staff and teams.
